National Headquarters — Complete AV, LED & Lighting

Midware Data Systems needed a national headquarters that could double as a flagship showcase: a stage and event space capable of hosting large-scale product launches and corporate events, an outdoor-facing advertising presence, and a lobby experience that made an immediate impression on visitors and partners — all coordinated as a single, reliable system rather than a patchwork of separate installs.

Sectrom designed and delivered a fine-pitch P1.8 stage LED wall spanning 7.2 × 3.85 metres, paired with a 56-metre outdoor advertising ticker screen for building-wide visibility. Barco projectors and a full audio system were integrated for the main stage, complemented by professional stage lighting. In the lobby, a 4×3 videowall was installed as the centrepiece of the arrival experience, all tied into a single control workflow.

The system has been in continuous use since its original delivery in 2018, and was expanded in 2026 to extend its capabilities further — a sign of how well the original architecture has held up in daily operation. It remains one of the largest single AV and LED integrations completed by Sectrom in Lebanon, and continues to serve as the technical backbone for Midware Data Systems’ flagship events.
